We wish to inform all those interested in the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital that the School of Nursing Calabar Admission Form for 2023/2024 academic session is released. The admission form is currently available online in the UCTH portal and school of nursing and midwifery calabar website. It’s the time of the year when students are anxious to apply for admission into the school of their choice.
Admission Requirements into the UCTH School of Nursing Calabar
Intending candidates must posses FIVE (5) CREDITS IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICS, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, AND BIOLOGY AT NOT MORE THAN 2 SITTINGS FROM SSCE OR NECO. Only candidates aged between 17-35 years by November, 2023 are eligible to apply.
How to Apply for UCTH School of Nursing Calabar Admission Form
Application forms are obtainable from the Office of the Principal, School of Nursing, University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Moore Road, Calabar from March – May 14th (subject to availability).
A non-refundable fee of N15,000 should be paid into University of Calabar Teaching Hospital Collection Account at Ekondo Microfinance Bank along Muritala Mohammed Highway, Account No. 1100757926. Thereafter the teller is exchanged for an official receipt will then be presented to the Principal, School of Nursing UCTH along Moore Road for collection of Application form. NO ONLINE PAYMENT PLEASE.
CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS
Completed Application Forms with Photocopies of relevant documents are to reach the Office of the Principal not later than Monday 15th May, 2023.
SELECTION EXAMINATION
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION: Entrance Examination will hold on Saturday 19th May, 2023 at Venue: School of Nursing Premises, Moore Road, and UCTH Permanent Site, Calabar
8:00am prompt.
Oral Interview
Oral Interview for successful candidates will hold in UCTH Permanent site on a Date that will be communicated to candidates that pass the written examination only.
