Eligibility: Who Can Apply?
- All those who have placed the University of Uyo as their top preference during the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
- Candidates who have achieved a commendable score of 140 or above in the UTME.
Acquiring the UNIUYO Post-UTME Form: A Step-by-Step Guide
- Payment Details: The university mandates a non-refundable payment of N2,000.00 (two thousand naira only). This is to be made through the official University Portals.
- Online Registration:
- Direct your browser to UNIUYO’s e-portal or simply click on the e-portals link on their main website.
- Choose the ‘Admission Forms’ Link.
- Opt for ‘Post-UTME’ from the dropdown as your desired Admission Form Type.
- Key in your valid phone number and email address.
- Click on the ‘MAKE PAYMENT NOW’ button. For your convenience, payment can be made online via ATM Card/Internet Banking or at any commercial bank branch through the Remita Platform using a pre-payment slip.
- After the successful payment, revert to the online portal and select ‘Register Link’ to get your login credentials and complete your registration.
- Ensure you print the 2023/2024 Screening Exercise Schedule Slip as a confirmation of your successful registration.
Essential Requirements:
- Fill out the bio-data form with accuracy and diligence.
- Original academic qualifications are to be scanned and uploaded.
- Ensure you submit the completed bio-data forms online (only one submission per candidate).
Key Notices:
- Any candidates who present inaccurate or incomplete bio-data will face disqualification.
- There’s no need to upload any photograph or undergo a biometric capture as JAMB has already supplied the necessary data.
- It’s imperative to register for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise; else, the candidate will be ineligible for admission. Yet, certain candidates such as foreign nationals, inmates of correctional centres, blind and deaf candidates are excluded from the Post-UTME screening.
