He comes from Ughelli-North Local Government Area of Delta State and has been a pivotal part of the institution since the 15th of August, 1994, when he first assumed duty as a Lecturer II in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
With a robust educational foundation, Dr. James holds a Bachelor of Education degree from 1985, a Master of Science degree from 2007, and a Doctorate in Mathematics which he received in 2016. These qualifications were obtained from the esteemed University of Benin, University of Jos, and Nasarawa State University, Keffi, respectively.
